Haley Joel Osment says he has “no excuse” to call a law manager an insult to the Jewish people after his recent arrest in a popular Californian ski resort.
The former star of “The Sixth Sense” and brother of actor Emily Osment apologized for having “used this disgusting word” in a declaration shared with several points of sale. The actor “Blink Blink Twice”, 37, shared his statement a few hours after the images of the police cam from his interaction with a police officer surfaced on Thursday evening.
“I am absolutely horrified by my behavior. If I knew that I used this shameful language in the throes of an electricity failure, I would have said earlier,” said in a press release shared with People and TMZ. “The last months of loss and displacement have broken down to me in a very low emotional place.”
It may be heard in the police images reprimanding an officer at the back of a patrol car. “I was kidnapped by AF-Nazi,” he said, before saying to the officer: “You will want you to take care of me.” Once later launched the anti -Semitic insult – which was bipt in the video – to the officer and begins to laugh.
“You will regret it,” said Osly in the video later while the officer holds the Patrol car.
But it was the actor who then expressed his regret for the incident.
“”From the bottom of my heart, I absolutely apologize to everyone that it hurts. What came out of my mouth is absurd garbage-I dropped the Jewish community and that devastates me, “he added.” I do not ask for forgiveness from anyone, but I promise to atone for my terrible error. “”
The Osment declaration seemed to focus mainly on its use of the anti-Semitic suspension and did not directly deal with the actor’s arrest earlier this month. A representative of Osment did not immediately respond to the request for Times comments on Friday.
The incident was his last stay with the police.
Orthly faced legal problems in 2006 when he was accused of a driving offense after crushing his car in La Cañada Flintridge. More than a decade later, Osment triggered a police response in 2018 for allegedly threatened the verbal threats against American Airlines at Las Vegas airport after missing their flight.
Los Angeles’s native osme is one of the thousands of people who lost their homes in devastating forest fires in January.
In the latest incident, the actor of the “loot of Babylon” was arrested on April 8 for suspicion of public poisoning and possession of an unidentified controlled substance at the popular Mammoth Mountain ski resort. The office of the County Prosecutor of Mono County confirmed Thursday at the time when he had charged the osk of two crimes: one for disorderly driving involving alcohol and the second for possession of cocaine.
They should be arrested in July at the Mammoth lakes branch of the Superior Court of the County Mono, said the district prosecutor’s office.
