Gwyneth Paltrow says that her symptoms of menopause have been aggravated by alcohol

Gwyneth Paltrow opens with how the stress of Los Angeles forest fires had an impact on her health. While making an appearance on her podcast goop on March 3, the famous well-being Maven admitted that she was “really in force” with her menopause symptoms after changing her alcohol consumption habits.

During the episode on Monday, Paltrow told Dr. Mary Clare that she was currently “everywhere” with her trip as a menopause, but noticed that her symptoms took a tour for the worst when she turned to “medicine” with alcohol during devastating forest fires this year.

“But I noticed that my symptoms are, like, quite well under control unless, you know, in January, when the fires occurred, I, like alcohol to its purpose,” she shared. “I think I drank every night.”

Paltrow revealed how his symptoms of menopause, like insomnia, “were completely out of control”, adding: “It was the first time that I really noticed, like causality in this way”. However, the Shakespeare in love The actress said her alcohol consumption routine was back to normal, saying to Dr. Haver: “Normally, now at this stage, I don’t drink much at all.”

The star said one of his most difficult experiences with this change of life was to see how menopause had had an impact on her mental health and, in turn, his sleep. “I have always been a real sleeper,” said Paltrown, opening up to go “through a particularly bad moment with.”

“There were nights when my anxiety-I just thought it meant:” Oh, you can’t sleep because you don’t have enough progesterone or something “,” she added. “I would wake up (and) I would be crushed with anxiety, which I have never had in my life.”

Paltrow continued: “I would lie in bed thinking about each error I have ever made, the feelings of each person I have ever injured, like all the bad, you know. And I would be standing, like, for six hours. It was crazy. I feel like I hope I go out on the other side.

This is not the first time that the Hollywood actress has presented herself on changes in her body during menopause, as she revealed in a 2018 Goop post, “I think that when you enter the perimenopause, you notice a lot of changes. I can feel the hormonal changes happen: sweating. You are just furious for reason.”
