GOP Rep. French Hill says Ukraine aid is “critical” and it should have “passed months ago”

With Congress expected to return from recess this week, Republican Rep. French Hill of Arkansas told “Face the Nation” that House Speaker Mike Johnson is “committed” to providing aid to Ukraine. “I think it’s crucial because this should have passed months ago,” Hill said.
