Goldman Sachs Reports Third Quarter 2025 Earnings Per Common Share of $12.25 and Annualized Return on Common Equity of 14.2%

NEW YORK, October 14, 2025 – The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) today reported net revenues of $15.18 billion and net income of $4.10 billion for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. Diluted earnings per common share (EPS) were $12.25 and average annualized return on equity (ROE) was 14.2%. for the third quarter of 2025.
