Goldman Sachs Reports Second Quarter 2024 Earnings Per Common Share of $8.62 and Annualized Return on Common Equity of 10.9%

NEW YORK, July 15, 2024 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) today reported net revenue of $12.73 billion and net income of $3.04 billion for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024. Diluted earnings per common share (EPS) were $8.62 and annualized return on average common shareholders’ equity (ROE) was 10.9% for the second quarter of 2024.
