Goldman Sachs Reports Full Year 2024 and Fourth Quarter Results

NEW YORK, January 15, 2025 – The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) today reported net revenue of $53.51 billion and net income of $14.28 billion for the fiscal year ended December 31 2024. Net revenue was $13.87 billion and net profit was $4.11 billion for the fourth quarter. of 2024.

Diluted earnings per common share (EPS) were $40.54 for 2024 and $11.95 for the fourth quarter of 2024. Average return on equity (ROE) was 12.7% for 2024 and ROE annualized was 14.6% for the fourth quarter of 2024.

  • Invest to operate at scale.
