“Go Opi Omi”: the judgment of the Brest court under deliberation on December 9 – Brest




The 30-year-old woman, who wanted to convey a message to her grandparents, was prosecuted for “endangering others by manifestly deliberate violation of a regulatory obligation of safety and caution” and was to answer for “unintentional injuries, with incapacity not exceeding three months ”suffered by the riders disqualified from the Tour de France, as soon as it begins.

The prosecution requires four months suspended

This Thursday, the Brest judicial court decided to put its judgment under advisement, on December 9. The prosecution had requested a “warning sentence” of four months suspended imprisonment.

The lawyer for the civil parties (UNCP and CFA), for his part, claimed the symbolic euro for each of these two structures representing professional cyclists.
