Gia Giudice ‘cries’ after trip to see Papa Joe in the Bahamas

Gia Giudice was overwhelmed with emotion at the end of her trip to the Bahamas to see her father, Joe Giudice.

“see you next time ❤️ cry brb,” the 21-year-old captioned a TikTok video on Friday documenting her last day with her dad.

Joe, 52, was deported from the United States to his native Italy in 2018 after spending three years in prison for fraud. He moved to the Bahamas in 2021 and his eldest daughter landed in Nassau earlier this month to visit him.

Gia spent more than a week with Joe in what she called his “second home”, where they ate sushi, went to the beach and played together.

“I won some [money]dads teach me how to master blackjack,” she captioned another TikTok video.

Joe also documented their reunion, sharing an Instagram video of the Rutgers University student relaxing in a pool cabana.

“My baby Gia is relaxing. It has the bar, the jacuzzi, the beach, all the amenities around it, its own private swimming pool. Who is better than Gia? a shirtless Joe said in the video.

Gia last visited her dad in May for his birthday, writing on Instagram at the time, “I love you so much, so grateful to be here to celebrate with you!” you are my rock, let’s celebrate tonight.

Joe’s deportation came after his appeal to stay in America was rejected. His daughters – Gia, Gabriella, 18, Milania, 16, Audriana, 13 – have since visited him on several occasions.

Back in New Jersey, their mother, Teresa Giudice, married Luis “Louie” Ruelas in August in a lavish ceremony attended by several of her “RHONJ” co-stars.

The ‘Housewife’, 50, stunned in an off-the-shoulder Mark Zunino gown, crystal tiara and larger-than-life hairstyle that was held up with more than 1,500 bobby pins and featured $7,500 in cash actual extensions.

“I am very happy for her. She deserves all the happiness in the world,” Joe told Us Weekly of his ex-wife after his remarriage.

“I think Lou is a good guy. Anything negative said there are just rumors that I don’t engage in. Until I personally find out otherwise, it’s OK in my book.

The former couple separated in December 2019 and finalized their divorce in September 2020 after two decades of marriage.
