The Ramstein meeting took place one day after the meeting of the “coalition of the will” in the same place, where the Western nations alluded to the progress of the planning of troop deployments in Ukraine but provided little details on the exact mechanism.
Asked about the deployments of troops provided for discussion, Pistorius refused to disclose details and said that an internal discussion at the current stadium should be maintained until the allies “find a way to go where we have to go”.
Zelensky and the US defense secretary Pete Hegseth should join the meeting virtually.
