The former assistant of Sean “Diddy”, George Kaplan, spoke on Wednesday, during the federal trial against the rapper for sexual crimes.
During his testimony, Kaplan said he started working for Enterprises in 2014 and had many responsibilities, including transport bags that contained phones, medicines, computers, iPads and food.
His responsibilities have changed as Diddy trusted himself, saying that he would continue to work from 80 to 100 hours per week and was paid about $ 125,000 per year.
He testified that the rapper in disgrace threatened his work once a month, the first time he bought the bottle of bad water.
According to his testimony, part of his work was to create hotel rooms for Diddy, generally with only a few hours of notice, which were reserved under the name of Frank Black.
He testified to store the hotel rooms with clothes, a speaker, candles, baby oil and astroglid, which he paid with his business credit card. He also testified to what he would see in the hotel rooms, saying that he would see energy drinks and had once seen a crystallized powder on the bathroom counter.
His work would also have included cleaning the hotel rooms after Diddy finished using them, because he told the jury that he wanted to prevent the hotel from selling photos or videos from the room to the newspapers and that he was trying to protect the public image of Diddy.
“I have been as close as possible to look like what it was found when he arrived,” he said.
He explained that Diddy would have “guests”, a female partner in hotels and would remain between 12 hours and a few days.
Another aspect of his work would have been to take drugs for the rapper. He said he had to recover MDMA for Diddy, and when Miami received a number to call and money, saying that a “guy came” when he called and then paid the drugs.
Kaplan then provided another example, alleging that by staying at the Bel-Air hotel with Diddy, he was invited to call someone to “pick up something”, and after meeting the person and pay him with Diddy money, received a bag to give the rapper.
The former assistant from Diddy received immunity after the judge signed an order earlier on Wednesday.
