Bouchard shared some of her fitness and health secrets with SELF. She says she loves to cook eggs in the morning. “I’m not a cook, so there’s not much in the fridge. The few times I cook, I make myself breakfast. Eggs are my go-to meal in the morning to get a little protein. Orange juice is too. You have to start the day with that.”

Bouchard loves swimming to stay in shape. She tells SELF that she swims to help her recover. “I love going to the beach and swimming in the ocean. I find it very relaxing. It’s also a great form of active recovery. It’s perfect for those rest days when you still want to move a little bit.” The Cleveland Clinic According to him, swimming has many health benefits. “We’re not saying swimming is easy (far from it!), but it does put a lot less strain on your body than, say, running or cycling. That’s because exercising in the water reduces the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

In her interview with SELF, Bouchard explained how she stays positive. “I always try to remind myself that things can happen when you least expect them. You just have to keep working hard and everything will work out. That’s what I’ve experienced throughout my career. I believe that if I do the right things and stay on the right path, even if times are tough, I will eventually reach my goal.”

Bouchard enjoys skiing to keep fit. She shared this video of herself on the slopes of Aspen on Instagram. Bouchard captioned the post, “For my birthday this year, I wanted to learn how to ski!” She also shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself from the same trip.
