And while she and Brandon savor all the major moments with their little ones, the twins also argue. “They like to have fun in the mirror,” said Gabourey. “They are so clumsy. I love them.”
“My son is like a chaotic cannonball,” she added, “and my daughter is much more methodical. She gets up, she gets her balance and SO She is walking. But my son launches, like, plunges everywhere. “”
But while the twin link is strong, it took a while to get there.
“They don’t even notice that there is another baby there,” said Gabourey. “But my daughter noticed my son at 2 months, and at 3 months, they started holding hands every time they were near each other. And therefore their link really started, really quickly, which is really, really beautiful to look.”
And although she marks the stages of her little ones, this year, she reached her own professional milestone: her first time playing a mom in one IRL. And she was delighted to dive into the experience in Give me my daughter.
