Fox host Sean Hannity’s departure from New York is official now that he has listed his stunning Long Island mansion for sale for $13.75 million.
Hannity announced in January that he would record both his radio show and his Fox News TV slot from studios in West Palm Beach, Florida.
“We are now starting our first broadcast from my new home in the Free State of Florida,” the host said a few months ago on his iHeartRadio show. ‘I’m outside. I finished. I’m done.’
Hannity purchased the 11,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom estate for $8 million in 2008, the Wall Street Journal reported.
The Center Island estate has six acres of lush green land, numerous trees dotting the property and an 81-foot private dock overlooking Oyster Bay, according to the listing.

Hannity announced in January that he was leaving New York and moving to Florida, which he considers “a free state.”

Not mentioned in the listing, but an important feature of the multi-million dollar property nonetheless is its bar.

Hannity made his plans to move to Florida known as early as 2021, when it was reported that he had purchased a $5.3 million condo in Palm Beach.
The move to the Sunshine State was precipitated by Hannity’s desire to live somewhere where he agreed with the politicians who ran the show.
Hannity even moderated a debate between Florida Governor and former Republican presidential candidate Ron DeSantis and California Governor Gavin Newsom in 2023.
Former President Donald Trump also resides in Florida at his Mar-a-Lago resort, also in Palm Beach.
“Finally, for the first time that I can think of in my adult life, I have representatives in the state that I live in who share my values,” he said on the radio show .
