The second “live” remake of the year of Disney goes after a less historic or respected film than snow WhiteBut one nevertheless undermined his maniac magic by the process of creative bankruptcy: Lilo & Stitch. The story of a small, tapewing Hawaiian orphan and its destructive extraterrestrial and the pet has contrasting two imaginative shades of young energy (who has not temporarily seen a younger brother or child as a hellish monster on pure chaos?) None of them click with the rest of the film’s look, always in the distant place in the expired and rigid environment.

Do not worry, however: extraterrestrials are not extraterrestrials for a long time. Because it is a live action film determined to drain any animated pleasure remaining of the procedure, Jumba and Pleakley do not cross the film as foreigners in very incompetent disguises (which included a lot of trail for Pleakley). Instead, they use holograms to appear as Galifianakis and Magnussen, which means that they are only two other dull people who grow around this potential science fiction. At least Magnussen projects a little inhuman oddity; Galifianakis seems actively disinterested in being in the film.

This contractually compulsory resignation is the predominant feeling conveyed by Lilo & StitchA film completely obscured by an atmosphere of “good, remake without enthusiasm these things is all that we know how to do now”. (Interesting fact, even the original Lilo & Stitch Directors Dean Deblois and Chris Sanders, who continued to direct DreamWorks’ How to train your dragon The franchise is not immune to that; Deblois made its debut live later this year that Film.) None of these films limiting the imagination was good. Almost all were terrible. The only element of optimism that can be found around this trend of Godforsaken is that they finally make less money at the box office.
