Flyers acquires Andrei Kuzmenko, Jakob Pelletier and Calgary’s recovery choices for Joel Farabee and Morgan Frost

The Philadelphia Flyers Announced they have acquired Forwards Andrei Kuzmenko and Jakob Pelletier, as well as a second-round pick in the 2025 Nhl Draft and Seventh Round Pick in the 2028 Nhl Draft from the Calgary Flames in Exchange for Forwards Joel Farabee and Morgan Frost, According to the director general, Daniel Briere.

Kuzmenko, 28 years old (2/4/1996), spent three seasons in the NHL with the Canucks and Flames of Vancouver where he recorded 65 goals and 70 assists for 135 points in 190 regular season games. During his first season with the Canucks in 2022-2010, he co-directed the team with goals with 39, led the team in power (14) and ranked fourth fourth in Vancouver with 74 points. Originally from Yakutsk, Russia, Kuzmenko played eight seasons in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) before going to the NHL where he recorded 85 goals and 200 points in 315 regular season games. In addition, he appeared in 61 KHL qualifying games marking 18 goals and 29 points.
