Florida wins the third appearance of the national championship match after beating Auburn 79-73 in the Final Four

For the third time in the history of the school, the Gators of the University of Florida are heading for the national championship match.

Florida eliminated Auburn’s seeded n ° 1 in the match on Saturday’s final in San Antonio, beating Tigers 79-73.

This is the second time this season that these two teams have been playing, the Florida previously beating Auburn 90-81 on the road in the regular season.

The Gators were led by the star goalkeeper Walter Clayton Jr, who pulled 11 for 18 on the field and 5-in-8 of Beyond Arc to finish with 32 points, three rebounds and two assists.

Meanwhile, the Auburn star and the candidate of the player of the year John Broome were only held 15 points and seven rebounds – with only three of these points in the second period.

Florida is back in the match for the first time since 2007 – when they won their second in consecutive national titles. Auburn, on the other hand, has lost its second Final Four match in as many appearances.
