A survivor of the motorcycle accident by Oulton Park broke his silence on social networks.
Two Superbike British runners unfortunately lost their lives following an accident of 11 men in Oulton Park, the event duly canceled. The horrible Monday incident saw eleven runners falling in the first round.
Although the medical staff quickly rushed to the scene, Owen Jenner, 21, and Shane Richardson, 29, tragically lost their lives following the accident.
However, after having survived only minor injuries, his colleague runner Morgan McLaren-Wood presented himself on social networks to express his condolences to the families of Jenner and Richardson.
“Has struggling to find the words for what happened today. Rest in peace, Shane and Owen, “McLaren-Wood wrote on social networks.
“My heart goes to their two families during this heartbreaking period.”

The president of the motorcycle in New Zealand Michael McCleod added Richardson: `It is a tragic shock for the community of motorcycle races in New Zealand because he is a very respected competitor and mentor of many young riders who are now also competitive in Europe and England.
“He was a fantastic guy, he always stopped and chatted. It is a very beautiful guy and it is a real shame.
Jenner was treated in Trackside but died of a “catastrophic” cranial trauma despite additional resuscitation treatment at the circuit medical center.
Richardson was also treated during the course before being transferred to the University Hospital of Royal Stoke with serious chest injuries. He died before arrival.
In addition to McLaren-Wood, four other runners were injured, but fortunately only undergone minor injuries to Carl Harris, Max Morgan, Cameron Hall and Freddie Barnes.
The heartbreaking scenes on Monday were taken live on television while a runner lost control of the first round, leading them to slip the tarmac and another competitor.
Now, Cheshire Constabulary has confirmed that an investigation into the accident was underway, in coordination with the Coroner and the racing authorities.
“Police investigate two deaths on behalf of the Coroner following a multiple collision in Oulton Park this afternoon-Monday May 5,” said a police spokesman.

Meanwhile, in an official declaration, Motorsport Vision Racing (MSVR) confirmed the terrible news that Jenner and Richardson died.
The statement began: “ At the start of the British championship race Supersport this afternoon in Oulton Park, leaving the first round, Old Hall Corner in the first round, there was a chain reaction incident involving 11 runners that fell.
“The race was immediately stopped and the medical services on track deployed.
“Due to the extreme severity of the current incident and medical intervention, the rest of the British Bennetts Superbike championship was canceled.
“This catastrophic accident tragically resulted in a fatally injured injury and another undergoing significant injuries.”
On Jenner, the declaration continued: “Owen Jenner (21) was initially treated by the track, then taken to the Medical Center circuit, where despite a new resuscitation treatment, he died of a catastrophic cranial trauma”.
Richardson was then confirmed also died.
The press release added: “Shane Richardson (29) was initially treated by the track, then taken to the Medical Center circuit before being transferred to the University Hospital of Royal Stoke with serious thoracic injuries. He died before his arrival.
Cavalier Tom Tunstall was seriously injured and was transported to hospital.
