Grealish hopes to help propel England to World Cup glory
Still, it was the introduction of the Path to Glory promo that got fans the most excited after Team One released on Friday.
PTG Player Cards are dynamic FUT items for players whose teams compete in the World Cup and, like Ones to Watch, will be upgraded based on actual tournament performance.
The Path to Glory upgrades are as follows:
- The country qualifies for the group stages: +1 mark
- Win the round of 16 match: +1 note – from December 3
- Win the quarter-final match: Weak Foot 5-Star Upgrade – Starting December 7
- Win the semi-final match: 5 Star Skill Moves Upgrade – Starting December 12
- Win the World Cup Final: +1 rating and 3 new Traits – Final improvements from December 15 / Winner improvement then December 19
PTG players themselves do not need to be in their country’s games for them to count towards the upgrade
Meanwhile, players who already have 5 Skill Moves stars (e.g. Vinicius Jr.) or 5 Weak Foot stars will instead receive another +1 rating.
