The Food and Drug Administration suspended quality control tests for a food security program and plans to put an end to almost all routine food security inspections, according to a pair of Reuters and CBS News reports. First of all, the FDA suspends quality control tests on the competence test of the food intervention network (FERN), according to a Reuters report.
