Let it be known that today I, Donald J. Trump, President of the United States, pursuant to my authority under Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution, have granted to
Andrew Zabavski
Total and unconditional forgiveness
For hisbeliefs in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, on an indictment (Docket No. 1:21-cr-00598-PLF), of violations of Section 371, Title 18, of the Code of United States, and section 1512, title 18, United States Code, for which he was sentenced on September 12, 2024, to 48 months’ imprisonment on each count of accusation (to be executed concurrently); 3 years of supervised release; and a special assessment of two hundred dollars ($200).
I HEREBY DESIGNATEdirect and empower the Pardon Attorney, as my representative, to execute a clemency agreement in favor of the person named herein. The pardon attorney will declare that her action was the act of the President, done under my instructions.
IN WITNESS WHEREOFI have hereby signed and affixed the seal of the Department of Justice.
