Former Minnesota Viking Adrian Peterson was arrested for suspicion of driving driving after being arrested on a road to twin speed cities early this morning, officials said.
The former 40 -year -old star who was spotted around 3:20 am by a state patrol soldier in Richfield leading 83 miles per hour in an area of 55 MPH in an Audi Q5 while heading south on the highway. 77 Near E. 66th Street, said Lieutenant de Patrol Mike Lee.
The patrol administered a preliminary breath test which measured its alcohol content in the blood at 0.14%, almost double the legal limit in Minnesota, said Lee.
Peterson, originally from Palestine, Texas, who now lives in the suburbs of Houston, was reserved around 5:15 am for a leader of driving in the fourth degree while he was altered. He filed a deposit of $ 4,000 just over two hours later and was released.
The star galleys left messages with Peterson asking for his response to allegations.
Peterson attended the Viking Draft evening Thursday evening at the US Bank Stadium in downtown Minneapolis, where he was interviewed in Kfan Radio, the flagship station of the team.
Peterson played for the Vikings from 2007 to 2016 before rebounding in several other teams and ending his career by playing a match in his last season in 2021 with the Seattle Seahawks.
Peterson’s career ended with him rushing for 14,918 yards, fifth of all time in the National Football League. His best season rushed in 2012, when he won 2,097 yards.
