Everything that happens to your body if you stop having sex

It will have a huge impact on you

So you’re going through a dry spell…

If you have gone from having sex to not having sex, then changes will occur in your body.

Some couples believe that taking a break can actually have some benefits once intimacy is re-established, with one therapist saying it could indeed help make things more enjoyable.

Then again, other experts say that if you don’t get enough action in the bedroom, it could take a toll on your health, so don’t hesitate to have fun for the sake of your personal health.

For men, the lack of sex could have a potential major impact, according to sex and relationships expert Dr. Tara Suwinyattichaiporn.

She told the Daily Mail that in rare cases, what’s called “penile atrophy” could occur.

She explained that the fabric of a man’s ding-a-ling can become less elastic without use, which can cost men a precious inch or two of length.

Given how obsessed some men are with penis proportions, this seems a bit concerning.

That’s not all, as she added that going a month without rumpy-pumpy could lead to an increase in a person’s stress levels, as sex can help with anxiety and depression.

Dr. Suwinyattichaiporn explained that people are all different, so going without sex would impact everyone differently.

Meanwhile, a study on the effects of being single found that in general it wouldn’t be too physically damaging to your body to go without sex, but the health benefits of sex were clear.

Basically, you’re missing out on good times and healthy activities because regular sex can boost your immune system, lower your blood pressure, and give you better cardiovascular health.

For women, having sex can help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which helps with incontinence.

Not having sex can also lead to what’s called vaginal atrophy, where the tissues become thin and dry.

Lack of sex can lead to some mental health problems, but these can then have other physical impacts as people can bring this on themselves.

There will be positives and negatives when it comes to not having sex, but in general it’s an activity that has a positive impact on your health and missing out on these benefits can hit you harder than expected .

Lack of use of your genitals can lead to tissue atrophy, while studies indicate that ejaculating regularly can help men prevent prostate cancer.
