MALMO, Sweden — Eurovision organizers the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) confirmed Saturday that Dutch artist Joost Klein, who represents the Netherlands, will not participate in Saturday night’s final. The decision came just hours before the grand final in Malmö, which is hosting the competition for the third time.
“Swedish police have investigated a complaint made by a female member of the production team following an incident during her semi-final performance on Thursday evening,” the EBU said in a statement.
