Over the past 4 years, the United States has undergone a large-scale invasion of the extraterrestrials that I illegally remaining in the country, causing an incessant attack of crime, vagrancy, violence and death in countless American communities. This lawless invasion has also limited the capacity of American schools and hospitals to provide for American citizens and has diverted billions of dollars in federal, state and local social services of Americans in need.
The continuous presence of illegal foreigners in our country obliges American taxpayers to endure a huge budgetary burden to support them, in particular by costs related to health care, food coupons, public housing, emergency medical services, education and refuge, as well as the costs of crimes committed by illegal foreigners. On the year 2023 only, these costs had to exceed $ 150 billion in taxpayers. The abuse flights of illegal foreigners are a necessary aspect of the application of immigration and the maintenance of the rule of law, but they require substantial resources and workforce.
Therefore, the supply of financial incentives to encourage and help extraterrestrials illegally in the country to choose to deviate from the United States has the potential to save enormous taxpayers, while restoring the sovereignty of our country.
As president, it is my legal obligation to exercise all the tools at my disposal to end this invasion, remove the illegal-Allean invaders of the United States and protect the American people. This proclamation establishes a return to the project, which will present a choice of illegal foreigners: to leave the United States voluntarily, with the support and financial aid of the federal government, be to remain and to face the consequences.
Now, therefore, I, Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America, by the authority left in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) (8 USC 1101 and following.), proclaim and direct yourself as follows:
(b) Any flight provided to illegal foreigners leaving the United States voluntarily and definitively in accordance with the processes established under paragraph (A) of this article is funded by the federal government.
(c) In the pursuit of the objectives of this proclamation, and to facilitate the rapid departure of illegal foreigners of the United States, I direct, in accordance with article 215 (a) (1) (1) of the INA (8 USC 1185 (a) (1) (1)), the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Safety of the Homes to take all the appropriate actions to allow the rapid state of state of citizenship or Traveling in any other country willing to accept their entry.

Penalties for extraterrestrials that do not leave. a) The State Secretary of State and the Secretary of Internal Security, in consultation with the heads of other agencies concerned, will lead a national communication campaign to inform illegal foreigners of the availability of travel at no cost to other countries; the exit bonus; and the radical consequences for those who choose to remain illegally present, in particular withdrawal, prosecution, incarceration and fines in accordance with the law applicable to crimes related to immigration; wage stopping seizures; and the confiscation of economies and personal goods, including houses and vehicles.
(B) No Later Than 60 Days After the Date of this Proclamation, the Secretary of Homeland Security Shall Existing Surprise Enfacure and Removal Operations by Deputizing and Contracting With State and Local Law Enforcement Officers, Train Federal Officers, Officers and Personnel Within Other Federal Agencies, and Other Individuals to Increase The Enforcement and Removal Operations Force of the Department of Homeland Security by No Less Than 20,000 Office in order to conduct an intensive Campaign to Remove Illegal Aliens who Have has not been able to go voluntarily.
