Enzo Maresca said that his Chelsea players had the status that deserves to play in the Champions League next season.
The Blues had their hopes for qualifying in the Champions League bumpy by a 2-0 defeat against Newcastle last weekend while they are fighting for a top-five in a tight final in the Premier League season.

Before their penultimate championship match against Manchester United today, Maresca said: “Absolutely, Cole (Palmer) is not the only one in terms of players who deserve (the Champions League). I think Moises (Caicedo) is also a player who deserves the Champions League.
“Enzo Fernandez deserves the Champions League. Levi Colwill deserves the Champions League and that’s why we went there (in the top five) and we will try to finish there because we have many players who, in terms of status, they deserve to play in the Champions League.
Maresca has also promised to review the club’s disciplinary problem in summer after receiving the most yellow cards so far this season.
