Eminem is officially a grandfather! The rapper’s daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, welcomed her first child, a little boy named Elliot Marshall McClintock, March 14 with her husband Evan McClintock. Elliot’s second name, Marshall, pays tribute to his grandfather, born Marshall Mathers III.
Scott shared a series of snapshots from his bunch of joy on Instagram to celebrate his “three weeks of earth”.
The real Slim Shady revealed that he would be grandfather Shady at the end of last year in the clip of his song “Temporary”. The video consisted of Scott archive images, now aged 29, as a young child, with vignettes from his recent marriage with McClintock in May 2024. Scott presented to his father a jersey who says “grandfather” in the clip before surprising him with an ultrasonic photo of Baby Elliot.

On an episode of October 2024 of his podcast, Just a little shadedScott and his best friend and Cohost Podcast, Brittany Ednie, remembered having hidden her pregnancy during her marriage. “People didn’t know she was pregnant,” said Ednie. “So she had a drink, not consuming the drink as a responsible parent does. Whenever people had turned over, she would give me her drink, so I was emading myself so that she was drinking all night.”

Eminem is also a father of Alaina and Stevie Laine Scott, whom he helped to raise with ex-wife Kim Scott. “Takin ‘The Kids to School, Pick them up, teach them. Roller in 2004.
