A California coach hired by wealthy families to train their budding child athletes has been accused of forcibly sexually assaulting two of his young clients, DailyMail.com can reveal.
Keith Dudley, 41, was arrested in March after allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old Moorpark High School student off campus.
Today he was charged with four counts, including digital penetration of one girl and anal and genital penetration of another with a “foreign object.”
Oxnard Police Detective Dale McAlpine told DailyMail.com that one of the incidents occurred at Dudley’s home, where he runs a makeshift gym.
Oxnard police said the alleged incident happened in March and did not occur on a school campus.
The second victim came forward after police released information about Dudley’s March 27 arrest.
He is free on $20,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in a Ventura County court Thursday, according to records reviewed by DailyMail.com.
“He has been a coach for many years and we suspect there could be other victims,” Detective Juan Morales told DailyMail.com.
DailyMail.com has contacted Dudley, who has yet to respond to the allegations.
The coach, nicknamed “Kountry Keith,” has been training student athletes in schools and gyms since at least 2016 or 2017.
The 41-year-old’s social media posts show him celebrating at track meets with athletes, their family members and officials at exclusive private schools such as Oaks Christian in Thousand Oaks, St. .Bonaventure High in Ventura and public schools like Oxnard, Camarillo and Simi Valley High Schools.
A parent contacted by DailyMail.com said he was shocked to hear the allegations against Dudley, who had worked with his star athlete son at Pacifica High School in Oxnard.
“We always had nothing but positive experiences with Keith in all the years I knew him,” said the shocked parent who wished to remain anonymous.
Dudley’s social media posts show him celebrating at track meets and campus practices with student athletes.
Dudley, who was also a college track and field athlete, regularly shared his training methods online.

The personal trainer often boasts about his techniques, saying his young trainees are part of his “Kuntry Speed University.”
However, the trainer also has a day job as a senior software engineer at Teledyne FLIR, which designs and manufactures infrared thermal imaging cameras.
Dudley also served as a senior software engineer at Naval Station Ventura County Point Mugu from 2014 to 1026, according to his LinkedIn bio.
However, he was never employed at Moorpark High School where the 15-year-old alleged victim is a student, school officials confirmed to DailyMail.com.
Keith Dudley has educated students at public and private schools in California since at least 2016.
“He is an independent personal trainer and has no affiliation with our district,” said Dan Wolowicz, spokesman for the Moorpark Unified School District.
“We are working with the Oxnard Police Department during their investigation and are fully committed to supporting our students in any way possible throughout this process.”
DailyMail.com contacted officials at various campuses whose students were trained by Dudley, including Oaks Christian, St. Bonaventure, Simi Valley and Oxnard high schools.
Simi Valley Unified School District officials confirmed to DailyMail.com that Dudley was not an employee.

Rocky Valles, former assistant superintendent at Oxnard Union High School, told DailyMail.com that he hired Dudley to help his son, Trey, improve his explosive speed.
Trey was a running back for Camarillo High School and was being recruited by the Ivy Leagues his freshman year, so he decided to train with Dudley for about a year.
Rocky Valles said he would pay Dudley $300 a month to train his son at least three times a week.
“He was known as the first speed and agility coach in California,” Rocky Valles told DailyMail.com. “He coached students, whether the athlete was in track and field or like my son, who played football.
“My son wanted to improve his 40-yard dash and he did it. He went from being a running back in his junior year to one of the best running backs in his senior year. “And now, a year later, we learn that Kountry Keith has been arrested.”
Valles said her son was also shocked when he told her his former speed coach had been arrested for sexually abusing a minor.
“He said he’d never heard of anything like that,” Valles said. “There was no inkling of anything inappropriate.”
In an alarming social media comment from May 2020, Dudley posted a photo of convicted sex offender and R&B singer R. Kelly that read, “R. Kelly has tested positive for SHEWASNT-19.
The coach jokingly added his own caption that read: “Someone please throw away my phone.”
In a May 2020 social post, Dudley joked about singer R. Kelly, who was convicted of three counts of producing child pornography and three counts of enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity.

Moorpark Unified officials sent a message to parents informing them of the allegations.
The post read: “Today, March 28, Moorpark Unified School District administration became aware of the arrest made last night, March 27, of Keith Dudley, an Oxnard-based personal trainer, by investigators from the Oxnard Police Department’s Family Protective Unit.
“Keith Dudley was arrested for sexually assaulting a student at Moorpark High School.
Although Keith Dudley, an independent personal trainer, is not and has never been an employee of the Moorpark Unified School District, our district is dedicated to the safety and support of our students, and we will speak with department detectives Oxnard Police Department to determine if there is any assistance we can provide as their investigation progresses.
In the meantime, Dudley’s Amazon page remains open, where he earns commissions for recommending athletic essentials like stopwatches and barefoot shoes.
It also offers healthy juice drinks and supplements on its own site. Dudley continues to post inspirational words on his X account, formerly known as Twitter.
“The best athletes on the field are normally the best athletes off the field,” the coach said in one of his messages. “What you do outside of your sport is important.”
