According to Bavarian police, among people injured on Wednesday evening.
Three people were taken to a local hospital for treatment, while others were treated on the spot, they said.
Ryanair apologized to the passengers affected. He said that the flight captain – initially planned to go from Berlin to Milan – called in advance for medical assistance and that the plane “landed normally” at Memmingen airport, west of Munich.
Local police said the weather conditions meant that it was not possible to land at Munich airport, so that the plane was diverted to Memmingen, where he landed “safely and without other incident” at 20:44, local time (18:44 GMT).

Ryanair said that he had organized “alternative transport” in Milan that night, as well as a replacement flight Thursday morning.
“We sincerely apologize to passengers affected by this diversion,” he said.
There were 179 passengers and six crew members on board, according to the police.
The ages of the injured vary from two to 59 years, and as a precaution, all the passengers were verified for the injuries, they said.
