As a professional meal planner, I am mainly shopping at Trader Joe for a wide variety of affordable ingredients that simplify the preparation of meals.
The range of ingredients pre-entered and pre-prepare for the store for each kitchen and diet facilitates the creation of delicious and inventive family dishes-even in loaded week.
These five dinners are some of my favorites, because they only use a few ingredients from Trader Joe’s, require minimum preparation and are easily adaptable to plant-based and omnivorous eaters.

Ingredients: Two heads of Roman lettuce, two Roma tomatoes, an English cucumber, ½ cup of Kalamata olives, 7 ounces of trader Joe’s Tabouleh, ½ cup of vinaigrette of the goddess of trader Joe, and 12 Falafel of Trader Joe Froder Joe

This easy version of Greek inspiration begins with a trader joe frozen falafel bag. While they were cooking, I cut the Roman lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes. Then I add them to a large service bowl.
Then, I move in the prepared taboo taboo of trader Joe – an easy addition that adds texture and more Mediterranean flavor.
Once the falafel is cooked, I district each and throw them into the bowl, as well as a net of the vinaigrette of the goddess of trader Joe.
When my children need a little additional motivation to eat their green vegetables, I serve the salad with pita halves so that they can transform it into fun and customizable pita pockets.
The stove lasagna allows an easy night meal

Ingredients: A tablespoon of olive oil, half of an onion, 24 ounces of marinara sauce of trader Joe, two packs of vegan ravioli of trader joe, 2 tablespoons of chopped basil, 6 ounces of vegan cheese of stock market and a cup of shreds mozzarella vegan
With all the flavors of homemade lasagna, this version hardly requires preparation and is on the table in less than 30 minutes.

I start by blowing up the onion and garlic until it is fragrant. Then I move in the Marinara sauce of Trader Joe and I simmer.
Then I add two packets of ravioli – the vegan spinach of Trader Joe and the cashews are my go -to – and cook them for about five minutes.
After removing the pan from the heat, I add spoons of vegan grant cheese and sprinkle with mozzarella without grated dairy products. A quick grill melts perfection. I finish the meal with chopped fresh basil.
This meal is comfortable, comforting and easy to make a busy weekday evening.

Ingredients: 2 quarters of trader Joe’s Ginger Miso Broth, a tablespoon of grilled sesame oil, 14 ounces of trader Joe’s Organic Tariyaki Tofu, four trader packs Joe’s Miso Ramen, 2 cups of Cabbage Napa chopped, four Baby Bok Choys and a Shiitake Mushroom Cup Shiitake Shiitake Shiitake
Using some of my favorite ingredients to trader Joe, I can easily make a hearty and tasty bowl of miso ramen.

I start by bringing the Miso broth to the boil in boiling in a large Stockpot.
While he is heating, I cube and sauté from the teriyaki tofu in the organic oven. Once the broth is ready, I add the noodles and the seasoning of a Miso Ramen cup of Trader Joe.
Finally, I move the chopped bok choy, the shiitake mushrooms trenched and the cooked tofu.
In just 20 minutes and with only a few ingredients, this ramen based on plants offers great comfort and a great flavor.
These easy meatball submarines are a favorite from the family

Ingredients: 28 ounces of tomatoes from San Marzano, a tablespoon of Italian seasoning, 12 frozen vegan meat meat, 4 ounces of vegetable mozzarella shreds, a tablespoon of garlic olive oil, ¼ cup of basil leaves and four rollers of trader sandwich joe’s
This meal is almost annoying to do, but it is the one my children ask.

I start by cooking meatballs – meatless for me and beef for the rest of the family. Trader Joe’s has both types in the freezer section.
Once they are cooked, I cut open sandwich breads, I spread on the Marinara and I get into the meatballs. I add more marinara on top, I jump grated cheese and put them under the grill until the cheese melts.
Dinner does not become easier than this favorite family meal.

Trader Joe’s has an excellent range of salads that go perfectly with pizza, but I like to jump the accompanying dish and serve my salad just above.

Trader Joe’s recipient pizza crust facilitates this recipe. I start by brushing it with olive oil with garlic and the superposition of fresh garlic slices. Then I sprinkle it with mozzarella without dairy products and cook for five minutes.
Although it is in the oven, I launch the ingredients of my favorite lemon basil basil salad kit. Once the crust is golden, I spoon the salad on top.
It is a quick and satisfactory way to level the evening of pizza without almost no additional effort.
