The Philadelphia Eagles released their third and final official injury report Friday ahead of their divisional round playoff game against the Los Angeles Rams.
The Eagles ruled out an OUT player: Byron Young.
The Eagles opened Young’s 21-day practice window to return from injured reserve on Jan. 8. He participated fully in practice, but the team is clearly in no rush to activate the deep defensive tackle.
Dallas Goedert, AJ Brown, Saquon Barkley, Jordan Mailata, Cam Jurgens, Josh Sweat and Kenny Pickett are all ready to play despite appearing on the injury report this week.
Goedert returned to practice Friday after missing Thursday due to illness.
Brown is ready to play despite missing practice Wednesday and being limited Thursday. He was upgraded to full participation on Friday.
Barkley, Mailata, Jurgens and Sweat rested on Wednesday before fully participating in practices on Thursday and Friday.
Pickett was a full participant in practice all week. He will once again be the backup to Jalen Hurts while Tanner McKee will serve as a third emergency quarterback.

DT Byron Young (practice window open)
The Eagles opened Young’s 21-day practice window to return from IR on Jan. 8. Bradberry is eligible to be activated if/when the Eagles want to activate him, which doesn’t seem likely. Covey is not eligible to return until the NFC Championship Game. Dean is out for the season and could miss games in 2025. Graham could be out for the season with a triceps injury, although he hasn’t completely ruled out a chance of him playing in the Super Bowl. Uzomah is only eligible to return if the Eagles advance to the Super Bowl. BVS is out for the season with a knee injury. Driscoll is out for the season with an ankle injury. Clark has been out for the season since being placed on IR in May.
The Rams have ruled out two players: Troy Reeder and Larrell Murchison.
They are both on injured reserve. The Rams opened their practice windows Thursday, but they’re not ready to play yet.
The Rams judged four QUESTIONAL players: starting left tackle Alaric Jackson, starting nose tackle Bobby Brown III, starting cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon and depth guard Justin Dedich.
Sean McVay said he expects all four players to play Sunday, according to Stu Jackson. We’ll know for sure when the inactives are announced 90 minutes before kickoff at 1:30 p.m. Eastern.
Alaric Jackson was on the “did not participate” list Wednesday due to a chest injury. He was upgraded to full participation on Thursday. But then he missed Friday’s practice with a “knee” added to his injury designation. So he might be a little banged up in different parts of his body.
Brown didn’t practice at all this week. Players who don’t practice usually don’t play…but maybe the Rams are just trying to get it to game day. Even so, Brown may not be 100%.
Witherspoon was limited Friday after being listed as DNP Wednesday and Thursday.
Dedich missed Friday’s practice due to illness.
Starting tight end Tyler Higbee participated fully in Friday’s practice after being limited Wednesday and Thursday. He will play despite his hospitalization Monday evening.
