The Philadelphia Eagles fan who berated a Packers fan during Sunday’s playoff game is out of a job — his employer just announced he was fired following the viral moment.
BCT Partners – a consulting firm specializing in DEI services and solutions – announced the move on Tuesday evening… according to the project manager Ryan CaldwellThe comments made during the altercation with the Cheesehead woman were “highly offensive and misogynistic”, which goes against the company’s values.
What’s it like to go to Philadelphia just to try to support your team…
Unprovoked, unjustified. Packers Twitter, help me and find this guy…this is not good
I hate that my fiancée went through this just by cheering on her team. pic.twitter.com/aiHCKzxrSS

The company decided to cut ties after an internal personnel investigation…and criticized Caldwell as he left.
“We condemn the behavior of our former employee in the strongest possible terms,” BCT Partners said in a statement. “This individual’s conduct and language was vile, disgusting, unacceptable and horrible and has no place in our workplace and in our society.”
“Such conduct does not correspond to who we are or what we stand for.”
The company added that it was offering Caldwell “grace and support” … as no one should “be remembered for actions taken on our worst day.”
As we previously reported, Caldwell was captured on video unleashed on a Green Bay fan during the Eagles’ 22-10 victory in the Wild Card round – calling her a “nasty c***” in the process – and the Philadelphia organization quickly launched the punishment process.
