Electronic Arts canceled his Black panther game And closed the developer Cliffhanger Games. “These decisions are difficult,” wrote Miele, by IGN. “They affect the people we worked with, learned and shared real moments. We do everything we can to support them – including the search for opportunities within EA, where we have managed to help people land in new roles. ”
The email continues, detailing that EA will now move the resources to the battle field series, the Sims, Skate and Apex Legends. Miele also said that a game based on Iron Man was still in preparation, as was the third entry of the Star Wars Jedi series from Rapawn and the next Bioware entry into Mass Effect.
EA previously dismissed around 300 employees in the care teams of Repawn Entertainment and Electronic Art fans in April 2025. Variety Said at the time that EA had indeed canceled the next Titanfall game and another anonymous game in “Incubation at the start of the stadium”.
