Lady Gaga has gone through a technical error that took place during her headliner set for the Carochella 2025 weekend 2 Friday evening.
The Superstar Pop microphone died as she was playing “Abracadabra”, the main single of her new album, “Mayhem”.
GAGA – which treats its little monsters at a fashion festival of several haute couture looks throughout the festival concert – was dressed at the time in a red ruffle dress larger than life made by jets.
In the video on the social networks of the misadventure, the Grammy winner could be heard, “When the Devil turns around”, while the sound of the microphone begins to enter and go out.
However, Gaga played cool and continued to sing the rest of the song and make his choreography.
Later in the set, she addressed what happened, saying to her fans: “I’m sorry that my microphone was broken for a second … At least you know that I sing live!” And laughed at the minor reverse.
She added: “I guess everything we can do is our best, right? I’m definitely giving you my best tonight.”
People online praised the singer of “paparazzi” for how she managed the situation, with a person writing on X, “the way Lady Gaga managed her poorly working microphone was really professional … What legend 😭”.
Another agreed: “did not miss a beat and continued the show! Really a living legend.”
Last week, Gaga went on stage for his first headliner of Coachella 2025, and it went without a hitch.
In the set of almost two hours, the singer of “Bad Romance” paid tribute to several of her old clips.
Gaga also titled in 2017 after Beyoncé had to abandon the last minute. However, before her return to the music festival this year, the singer of “Just Dance” shared her enthusiasm for what she had in store.
She told UPROXX: “I was lucky to have had a real success since the last time I played Coachella. But also, I love my new album so much, and I’m so excited to play it live. I can’t wait.”
Aside from Gaga, the other major headliners of Coachella 2025 include Green Day, Post Malone and Travis Scott. Nearly 150 acts occur, including notable names like Missy Elliott and Charli XCX.
