A 51 -year -old man died in a single car accident on Saturday after his vehicle hit a concrete barrier separating a house route in Poway, said San Diego County Sheriff.
The incident took place around 12:56 p.m. near Pomerado Road and Kaitz Street. The driver of the car, who was alone in the vehicle, died in the hospital.
The cause of the accident is unknown and is the subject of an investigation by the traffic investigators at Poway Station and the Legalist’s office. The sheriff’s office asks witnesses to call on (858) 565-5200.
