The quarter of the Patriots Drake Maye knows the story of the new offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, and that is why he is so excited to be trained by him.
McDaniels spent a total of 18 years to the staff of Patriots coaches for two stays, and McDaniels knows that Tom Brady attributes a large part of his success to the coach he had of McDaniels.
“McDaniel coach, obviously what he did (with the Patriots) and the success he had,” said Maye on Siriusxm NFL radio, via Masslive.com. “I am lucky to be able to bring a guy who did it at a high level and Learn to train him one of the best of all time – The best of all time, in my opinion, Tom. “”
Maye said he was impatient to sit with McDaniels and study what he and Brady have done together.
“So, I have a great chance to go back – all these years of film he has in the small database, these are all their calls, all the stuff of the McDaniel coach and what he has Done with Tom, “said Maye. “It is therefore lucky for me to go back and prepare it for next season.”
It is not realistic to think that anyone can match Brady’s achievements, but McDaniels can be able to help Maye become the second best quarter in the history of the patriots.
