The cricket star, Jack Clayton, was forced to retire early on the Sheffield Shield match of Queensland against New South Wales on Sunday after the drummer was struck by two deliveries in the groin.

New South Wales could not match their exploits, Konstas leaving its fold for three points after being dismissed by Xavier Bartlett who took a fifth during the second rounds.
Despite this, an impressive Knock captain of Jack Edwards, who struck a quick ton, kept visitors in the match, with South New Wales displaying a score of 259.
