He and Dorit have been married since March 2015, welcoming his son Jagger, 11, and his daughter Phoenix, 9, during their stay together.
Dorit seeks the unique legal and physical guard of the little ones, as well as the support of the spouse and for PK to cover his legal costs.
She cited “irreconcilable differences” in her file.
The former couple announced their separation in May 2024, writing in a joint statement according to which they planned to “take a little time and reassess (their) relationship”.
Their breakup took place on season 14 of “Rhobh” earlier this year.
In an episode in February, Dorit said he was ready to “go to war” with PK after allegedly threatened divorce in an “angry and horrible” e-mail of seven-page.
“It is not at all a man I recognize,” she said at the time the co-star Bozoma Saint John.
PK, similarly, told Andy Cohen in a statement that he wanted her ex to find “her way to the person that she was in the past” after calling for a “full -fledged alcoholic” in November 2024.
Dorit has not yet commented on the recent PDA of PK.
On Saturday, the star without makeup was photographed in search of glum while depositing Phoenix during dance in Los Angeles.
