Re: “Trump Rootin ‘For Putin at war with Ukraine” (page A7, March 4).
My sons and I came back today from a long-awaited father-son trip to Canada to see our beloved sharks San Jose play in Ottawa and Toronto. In the two sites, we witnessed 18,000 Canadians and more noisily running during the game of our national anthem and singing aloud in a deafening way during the Canadian anthem, in particular the stanza which understands: “God keeps our glorious and free land!”
The United States is now seen with contempt and disbelief by our closest historical ally. This well -deserved enmity and this uncatfed rage are the result of the actions of our resident despotic intimidator, Donald Trump, and his deplorable sycophants.
As a 72 -year -old American, I do not comfort knowing that our closest allies are Russia and North Korea, dictatorships led by men who murder their political rivals and that our empty president wishes to imitate. Where is shame?

Re: “Conflict accounts heard during stabs” (page A1, March 4).
Since the stabbing of Santana Row, which occurred on February 14, I have been in disbelief and shock.
The reason for which I was in such disbelief is that Santana Row and Valley Fair Mall are the two areas that I visit every week. Whenever I visit these areas, I have always seen large crowds of people and many security police and police supervising the region. It shocks me how something so tragic could happen in such a populated and supervised area. It saddens me that a 13 -year -old boy and a 15 -year -old boy are involved in a situation in which one kills the other.
As a society, we should educate our young boys to use options other than violence. These two boys failed by our community.

I fear that PG & E will obtain part of its natural gas from Canada, and the targeting of Canada by Donald Trump for the prices will have a harmful effect on our useful costs.
A rate of 10% to 25% will considerably affect everyone on the territory of Pg & e.

There is a stock market strategy known as the “uncovered sale”, in which an investor sells amounts of shares they do not even have, hoping that the price of the market is falling. If the investor is right, he can “cover the short” at a future time by buying the same shares at a lower price. If I sell Xyz actions short while they are at $ 100, then cover the court by buying shares at $ 60, I earn $ 40 per share (less commissions). The trick is to know that Xyz actions will lose the market value.
If I were a liar and a grif, and I was able to declare a series of booming prices, and I knew that the stock market would react negatively to such news, I could make a murder.
Tell me that this is not exactly what’s going on.

Re: “Zelenskyy calls Oval Office Spat with” regrettable “Trump” (page A4, March 5).
Volodymyr Zelenskyy considers the spit with Donald Trump as “regrettable”, but is always willing to work with him towards peace. Here is a perfect example of a real leader.
Instead of unleashing and offending, he swallowed his pride for the people of his country. It’s something that Trump could never do – think about someone other than him. Trump is not for Americans. His actions are those of a narcissistic dictator. He and his companion Elon Musk are money -oriented selfish. But Trump, Musk and the GOP are not entirely to blame for what happens to the honor and integrity of the United States. We, the voters, are to blame.
Is there someone honorable and courageous enough to correct this tragic error? God, I hope yes. I know I will do what I can. Let’s work and make America again honorable.

Re: “Trump, Vance Berce Zelenskyy” (page A1, March 1).
Like many Americans, I was dismayed by the scene in the oval office on February 28.
According to President Trump, President Zelenskyy does not have enough “cards” in the game. I suppose that the fight against a just war against Russian assault and the preservation of a democracy is not enough “cards” in Trump’s opinion.

Donald Trump officially joined the Russian team. In addition to stopping the funding of Ukraine, Trump has also stopped sharing American intelligence with Ukraine. This actively helps Russia attack Ukraine.
Without the information that helps Ukraine to intercept Russian missile attacks, many more Russian missiles will reach Ukraine. On Wednesday evening, a Russian missile struck a hotel in the center of Ukraine. Unfortunately, just before the strike, volunteers from a humanitarian organization in the United States, the United Kingdom and Ukraine have registered. Fortunately, none of them was injured, but four people were killed and more than 30 injured.
It is reprehensible. Trump facilitates Russia’s attacks on a democratic country. Does this let us see his true status as a Russian asset?
