Domino’s Pizza Delivery Man Mysteriously Disappears, Family Offers $20,000 Reward

APPLE VALLEY, Minn. (WKRC/WCCO/CBS Newspath) – The family of missing pizza delivery driver Shuefuab Xiong has offered a $20,000 reward for his safe return.

Shuefuab, 42, was last seen Tuesday after reporting for work at Domino’s in Apple Valley. He was later seen in Richfield asking a stranger to use his phone.

“We have been looking for him since Wednesday,” said a family member.

Family and friends organized efforts to find Shuefuab, who left for work Tuesday evening and never returned home. His family said he left to make deliveries around 6 p.m. in the Apple Valley area.

“The customers all called back to let Domino’s know they never received their orders,” said Nischa Xiong, Shuefuab’s sister.

She expressed her concern because her brother is known for his reliability and routine.

Nischa created a website to coordinate research efforts. The family’s only clue is a call to another brother from an unknown number.

“On the day of his disappearance, January 14, my brother received a call around 6:45 p.m. on an unknown number. He did not pick up because he thought it might be an unwanted call” , she explained.

A return call to that number revealed it was Shuefuab calling from the Richfield Target parking lot.

“The person who came to tell us that my brother had approached him in his vehicle, knocked on the window and asked him to use his phone,” she said. “After three rings, Shao didn’t pick up, so my brother said, he said forget it, he got in his vehicle and left.”

During the search, Shuefuab’s father announced the reward offer.

“You want to offer a reward,” he said, confirming the offer of $20,000 for Shuefuab’s safe return.

Shuefuab was driving a red 2000 Toyota Camry with Minnesota license plates. Anyone with information has been asked to contact police.
