Doja Cat slams fans’ negative comments about her natural hair

Doja Cat has slammed negative comments people made about her natural hair after she used a close-up image of her locks for the cover of her upcoming album.

“I see a trend. I see a constant trend in my comments section of people saying it’s my hair, pubic hair, carpet or sheep’s wool,” she said on Instagram Live, according to a recording obtained by Hollywood Unlocked. “And those aren’t even questions…some people say, that’s just the way it is.”

The “Paint the Town Red” rapper, 28, added that people compare his 4C hair, which consists of a tight curl pattern, “to sheep, pubes, carpet, popcorn and stuff like that “.

The negative remarks about Doja’s hair – which she shaved off in August 2022 – came after she shared the image from her upcoming album on Instagram on Friday.

Earlier this month, the “Agora Hills” musician deactivated her Instagram due to the way she was being “treated” on the app.
