Shohei Ohtani and the Dodgers visited President Donald Trump in the White House on Monday, but some fans believe that the baseball star made fun of the commander -in -chief.
Ohtani, who helped Dodgers win the World Series last fall above the Yankees, was seen in the oval office with President Trump, and also hung his hand in the East Room while the whole Dodgers team was recognized for their championship.
“He broke all of these records last year,” Trump radiated about the Japanese star.
But while Ohtani politely interacted with Trump during the visit, he did not include the president in his Instagram post afterwards.
In a carousel that shared with its more than nine million followers, Ohtani shared a total of four photographs featuring his teammates and others of the Dodgers organization – but none of the commander -in -chief.
Many fans have taken up this fact and flooded Ohtani’s comments to underline the apparent snob.

The pair also met in the oval office and posed together while Trump was sitting at his office
“Trump did not succeed,” wrote one of them with laughing emojis.
“No Trump in the movies, I see you Ohtani,” added a second.

A fourth fan called Ohtani a “legend” for leaving a photo of Trump aside.
And another supporter said, “That’s why he’s the goat.”
Ohtani did not legend the post.
While the 30 -year -old pose next to Trump in the oval office earlier during the day, the commander -in -chief said to him: “It’s a great honor, you are an incredible athlete and person.”
He then made the feeling of baseball which seemed to be two medallions out of a box on the desk.
Trump then hugged Ohtani’s hand in the East room, saying during his speech that the triple MVP looked like a “movie star”.
