Disappearing alert issued for boy last seen Monday at Adams City High School


Commerce City Police and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation are looking for a 14-year-old boy last seen at Adams City High School around the same time a police investigation closed the school.

Emmanuel Melgar was last seen at school at 3:30 p.m., and according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation’s missing and endangered alert poster, he may have been spooked by the incident at school.

The poster indicates that Emmanuel has already left school but returned soon after.
