Diddy’s accuser reveals she kept the clothes she wore the night of alleged sexual assault

A model who accused Diddy of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2003 has revealed she kept the clothes she wore the night of the alleged attack.

Crystal McKinney filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs in New York on Tuesday, claiming he invited her to his New York studio and made her drink alcohol and marijuana until she she becomes drunk.

In the complaint, filed under New York’s Victims of Gender-Based Violence Act, she alleges that Diddy then forced her to perform oral sex on him.

The lawsuit is just the latest in a series of allegations against the rapper and comes days after shocking footage surfaced showing him attacking his then-girlfriend, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, in the hallway of a hotel in 2016.

It also comes less than two months after federal agents from U.S. Homeland Security raided two of the rapper’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami as part of a sex trafficking investigation.

In Ms. McKinney’s lawsuit, she says she still has her unwashed clothes from the night she was allegedly sexually assaulted.

She says the clothes have been wrapped in plastic and stored in her closet for the past two decades.

That night, the model was dressed in a black leather coat with a fur hood, a beige translucent chiffon V-neck shirt, a fur-lined handbag, and jewel-encrusted jeans , depending on the suit.

“Due to the traumatic events that would later occur, Plaintiff kept the unwashed clothes from that night in her closet where they remain in plastic wrap,” the lawsuit writes.

At the time of the alleged attack, Ms. McKinney was an up-and-coming model, and a fashion designer, not identified in the documents, introduced her to Diddy at a Men’s Fashion Week event, the suit says.

The designer allegedly “began directing the plaintiff’s appearance, seeking to ensure that Combs found her attractive.”

After the event, Ms. McKinney claims Diddy made suggestive demonstrations to her, offered to help her with her career and “gave her alcohol.”

After being invited back to her studio that evening, Ms. McKinney alleges that Diddy was drinking and smoking joints with several other men.

A man allegedly told her “you’ve never had weed like this before,” which the model “later realized” was laced with a narcotic or intoxicant, according to the lawsuit.

She alleges that after she became “very drunk,” Diddy led her to the bathroom, where she was forced to perform oral sex on him.

“While being assaulted, plaintiff felt panicked and physically ill,” the suit alleges.

She then lost consciousness and “woke up in shock to find herself in a taxi headed to the designer’s apartment,” feeling “humiliated and traumatized and helpless,” the complaint alleges.

Ms McKinney said her modeling opportunities began to dwindle for her after the alleged assault – saying she believed Diddy had used his influence to “blackball” her into the industry.

In a “spiral of anxiety and depression,” Ms. McKinney says she attempted suicide around 2004.

Ms. McKinney says she is filing the lawsuit now to seek “justice for herself and all of Combs’ other victims.”

The complaint also names Diddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment music company, his Sean John clothing brand and Universal Music Group.

The independent has contacted representatives for Ms. McKinney and Diddy as well as Universal for comment.
