Sean’s son “Diddy”, Justin Combs, was accused in a new trial of having attracted a woman from Louisiana to Los Angeles, where she would have been raped by her father and two other masked men.
The trial, filed on Monday at the Los Angeles Superior Court, said that Justin Combs, 31, used his father’s celebrity status to attract women, only identified as “Jane Doe”, in Los Angeles with promises of television work in 2017.
The prosecution was filed against Combs, his son Justin, and the companies of the Musical Combs Enterprises LLC and Bad Boy Entertainment demanding sexual assault and batteries, sex violence and negligent surveillance. The trial requires a trial with jury and the payment of damages, notably for “Future and Past Lost Gains”.
The Combs media team denied the allegations of the prosecution in a statement saying on Friday: “No matter the number of legal proceedings, this will not change the fact that Mr. Combres has never sexually assaulted or his sexual victim of person – Man or woman, adult or minor.”
“We live in a world where anyone can take legal action for any reason.
In March or April 2017, Justin Combs would have contacted Jane Doe via Snapchat. The two sent back and forth and discussed his desire for a career in the entertainment industry, according to the complaint.
The woman sent Justin “risked photos at Justin’s request,” said the complaint. On the same day, Justin proposed to fly it to Los Angeles for the weekend. She lived in New Orleans at the time.
Justin said that the trip to Los Angeles would be useful for his potential career and “he would get him a position with a remote television in Atlanta thanks to his ties and his father,” said the complaint.
Friday, April 14, 2017, Jane Doe flew to Los Angeles, was recovered with a black SUV and taken to a Justin house called “The Glass House” in Beverly Hills.
The complaint said Jane was surprised that she and Justin stayed at home talking that evening and the next day, which frustrated her thinking they would come out.
“When they were asked if they were going to leave, Justin suddenly said” no “,” said the file.
Justin ordered alcohol and marijuana to them, which Jane thought was laced. He then offered to take various pills or poppers throughout the day, said the complaint.
After she and Justin took the drugs, three other men arrived at home, all wearing “masquerade masks”.
Jane recognized one of them like Sean Combs – “due in part to his stature and his ways, but also because Justin referred to at least one opportunity under the name of” Pop “,” said the file. She did not recognize the other two.
She was then taken to a bedroom upstairs and said, “You’d better let it happen. Or else. “
Then, every man violating Jane while she was “drugged and invalid,” said the complaint.
“The rape of brutal gang of the applicant continued from Saturday evening to at least on Sunday at noon, the three men continuing to take their turn by abusing the applicant,” said the trial.
On Monday, she was returned to the airport and deposited.
Throughout the weekend and then Justin “held the head of the applicant, the possibility of a job” that never materialized, as well as the photos she had sent to him on Snapchat “that he had saved and could release to his pleasure,” said the complaint.
Jane Doe underwent serious emotional distress, fear, anxiety, physical injuries and emotional wounds and trauma of the test.
The complaint accuses Sean and Justin Combs of committing a sexual battery against Jane Doe, alleges that Comb -bs companies have activated and plotted with them to commit the battery in that Jane was attracted by the hope of Job, and alleys that the defendant does 1 to 10 “allowed and complicated with Combs to commit the offended sexual battery.”
The trial also accuses unlimited surveillance combat companies in that the entities should have had knowledge of its conduct and “do nothing to stop it,” said the file.
The costume occurs while the trial of racketeering and sex trafficking from Combs to Manhattan is underway with Closing arguments to continue on Friday.
Combs has faced a multitude of prosecution in recent years – including a deposited and later settled by its Ex-girlfriend singer Cassie Ventura – alleging sexual traffic, abuse and coercion, which he all denied vehemently.
The Combs camp has not yet replied to the trial.
Tony Buzbee, lawyer for Jane Doe, said on Friday: “We are proud of our client to have had the courage to present themselves and be heard. The details of the trial speak for themselves. We will see that justice is done. “
