The jurisdictions of the sanctuary undermines the rule of law and endanger the life of the Americans and the police
Washington – Today, the Ministry of Internal Security (DHS) has published a complete list of sanctuary jurisdictions, in particular cities, counties and states which deliberately obstruct the application of federal immigration laws and endangering American citizens. Sanctuous cities protect dangerous criminal foreigners against the consequences and have put the police in serious danger. This action follows the signature of a Executive decree By President Donald J. Trump on April 28, 2025. The order orders the Kristi Noem internal security secretary and the Attorney General Pam Bondi to identify and publicly highlight jurisdictions which refuse to cooperate with the federal immigration authorities.
The DHS is determined to expose these laws without law to the public and to make them responsible for not respecting the rule of law.
“These politicians of the city of sanctuary endanger the Americans and our law enforcement in order to protect violent foreigners criminal,” said The secretary of the DHS, Kristi Noem. “We exhibit these political politicians who house criminal illegal foreigners and defy federal law. President Trump and I are always going to put the security of the American people.
Each listed jurisdiction will receive an official notification of its non-compliance and all the potential violations of federal criminal laws. The DHS demands that these jurisdictions examine and immediately revise their policies to align themselves with federal immigration laws and renew their obligation to protect American citizens, not dangerous illegal foreigners.
