Tennessee football participated in the second scrum in the fall camp Friday morning in Neyland Stadium and Josh Heupel met media members shortly after detailing the action.
Brent Hubbs and Austin Price both published tickets on the general’s neighborhoods after the fray and certain things they had also learned. The scrum was not open to the public or the media members.
“Big day inside Neyland (stadium), second fray. We made fair progress in the way we operated the two sides of football. And the special teams also had good work there,” said Josh Heupel thereafter. “Always a few weeks before kick -off. We got growth that we were able to go before leaving, but excited by what I saw. Some go to this, and that’s what you want at that time of the year.”
Yeah, I think we have improved throughout the training camp with regard to penalties in the three phases. End of the day, I think that playing smart football is really important, not having self-inflicted injuries. Assign, I think your guys have done a good job. Today, the fray was the blow for the first defense. So, fundamentally, they have put themselves in very good positions, as emphasizing, even when you do not make many plated, the bodily positions, the key to go and finish the room as you need. “”
