Lewis vs. Nascimento: What was said?

Lewis was praised for his weight loss ahead of his latest fight and he explained how he managed to lose weight.

“I guess you could say training, racing,” Lewis said.

“At the time, I wasn’t used to running. I run almost every day.

“At the time, I was just doing Stairmaster – 30-minute Stairmaster – and just hitting mitts in three or five rounds, however many rounds my fight was at the time.

“That’s all I did. That’s it. I wasn’t doing jiu-jitsu or anything like that. But now I do everything.
