The video shows Stant and four officers lifting the vehicle high enough for a fifth officer to pull the septuagenarian out from under the wheel.

Mark Logemann, chief of the New Castle County Emergency Medical Services Division, praised Stant and the officers for their heroic actions.

“The quick thinking and physical actions of the bystander and the Police Division officers played a major role in protecting this patient from further injury and eventual death,” Logemann said.

Police told WPVI the woman forgot to park the vehicle on the way out and got stuck underneath when the vehicle rolled over.
