Decaying globster washes up on Malaysian shores, attracting crowds

The decomposed body of a mysterious sea creature recently washed up on a beach in Malaysia, captivating onlookers.

Authorities spotted the bloated carcass on Friday (April 5) while conducting surveillance along Teluk Melano Beach (also spelled Telok) in Lundu, Malaysia. They informed the Sarawak Civil Defense Force (APM), a local disaster agency, which announced the unusual encounter via a Facebook post.

This strange mass attracted crowds of curious people, because sightings of stranded marine mammals are rare in this area. New Sarawak Tribunea local newspaper reported.

While experts believe this mysterious blob is likely the remains of a whale, the sea beast bears some resemblance to other strange creatures that have washed up on beaches around the world.
