Washington, DC, public schools will require all students and staff to test negative for coronavirus before being allowed to return from Thanksgiving break.
“To support a safe return from the Thanksgiving holiday, all students and staff must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test,” the district’s website states. “Families should test their students and upload test results…on Sunday, November 27.”

The district has included a link to testing information and a portal to upload results to prove the tests are negative.
Tests must be taken within 24 hours of Monday, November 28, back to school.
The requirement to test comes as many on the left again call for masking and social distancing despite evidence against the effectiveness of these practices.
